2. Customized Products:
- Customized items can only be returned if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
3. Buyer's Responsibility for Returns:
- If the return is not due to a defect, damage, or our error, the buyer is responsible for all shipping fees.
- The shipping fee will depend on the carrier of your choice.

Order Cancellation
Cancellation Guidelines:
- Within 24 Hours:
- Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase will be fully refunded.
- After 24 Hours (Before Shipment):
- A 15% cancellation fee will apply.
- After Shipment:
- Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
