How to Return or Exchange
Step 1: Contact our customer service within 30 days of receiving the product via email at support@broncobay.com to request a return or exchange.
Step 2: Submit a photo showing the issue/defect when requested by our team.
Step 3: If the issue is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect items), we will cover the return shipping cost.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, unstained, unscented, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Return packages must be dropped off with the shipping carrier within 7 days after receiving the return label.
- Returns without prior authorization will not be processed, refunded, or eligible for dispute.
- DO NOT REMOVE TAGS. Ensure all original packaging and receipts are included. Items with visible wear, stains, or missing tags will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
What We Cannot Accept
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery.
- Items damaged due to laundering or dry-cleaning, such as discoloration, burns, shrinkage, or tears.
- Orders with incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Shipping charges for these returns will not be refunded.
Important Notes
- Original Packaging: Please return items in their original packaging. Oversized boxes or damaged packaging may result in rejection of your return.
- Lost Packages: Broncobay is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

Refund Policy
- Fast Refunds: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days after we receive your return.
- Unauthorized Returns: Any return request not authorized by customer service will not be processed. Please contact us first before shipping items back.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be fully refunded if canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
- To cancel, please submit a help ticket via Contact Us.
- Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
